Yuto Hikosaka, a passionate baker, graduated from a prestigious bakery and confectionery school in 2012, specializing in bread-making. Recognized for his exceptional talent, he was scouted by his professor to join his bakery immediately after graduation. Yuto further honed his skills at renowned bakeries in Nagoya and his hometown of Hama

His diverse offerings, ranging from traditional anpan and croissants to artisanal hard breads, stand out not only for their incredible taste and texture but also for their beautiful presentation and unique creativity. Committed to making safe, additive-free bread, Yuto continues to captivate a growing base of loyal fans in San Diego.
We offer a wide variety of pastries and good amount of pastries are available throughout the day. However, Saturdays and Sundays tend to be busier, and the availability of pastries become more limited after 3PM as our pastries are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The morning sales often determine how much remains in the afternoon. Majority of pastries are available at opening at 9AM.

Our Japanese Sandowich features freshly baked, soft, and fluffy milk bread (shokupan), filled with a delightful selection of high-quality ingredients. Savor the savory richness of chicken katsu sando, the crispy yet tender flavor of tonkatsu (breaded Chicken Breast), or the light, refreshing combination of cucumber and egg salad.
Available for lunch and dinner from 11:30 AM to 9 PM. Be sure to try our Lunch Set Menu between 11:30 AM and 3 PM for a complete meal experience.
