Café Moto Coffee

We proudly use locally roasted coffee beans from Café Moto, known for their commitment to quality, sustainability, and bold yet balanced flavors.
Roasted fresh in San Diego, their beans pair beautifully with our pastries—clean, expressive, and never overpowering.

Japanese Flours

At Asa Bakery, we use premium Japanese flour known for its ultra-fine milling and exceptional consistency.
This allows us to create bread and pastries that are softer, lighter, and delicately balanced, with a clean wheat flavor and refined texture.

From cloud-like shokupan to light, crisp pastries, Japanese flour is the foundation of our baking — simple, precise, and intentionally crafted.

Fermented Butter

We use European-style fermented butter in our croissants and pastries, slowly laminating the dough to create beautifully defined, crisp layers. The cultured butter adds a rich aroma and deep buttery flavor with a subtle tang, resulting in a croissant that is light, flaky, and elegantly balanced from the first bite to the finish.

Organic Shizuoka Matcha

We use organic matcha from Shizuoka, Japan, prized for its vibrant green color, smooth umami, and gentle natural sweetness.
Stone-ground from carefully cultivated tea leaves, it delivers a clean, balanced flavor without bitterness, perfect for pastries, and drinks.

Hokkaido Milk

Silky and indulgent soft serve crafted with rich Hokkaido milk, prized for its exceptional creaminess and natural sweetness. Smooth, dense, and elegantly balanced, it delivers a luxurious mouthfeel with a clean, lingering finish—an elevated start to your dining experience.
