Yuto Hikosaka is a passionate baker who graduated from a prestigious bakery and confectionery school in Japan, where he specialized in bread-making. Recognized for his exceptional talent, he was personally scouted by his professor to join his bakery immediately after graduation.
Yuto went on to refine his craft at several renowned bakeries in Nagoya and in his hometown of Hamamatsu, Shizuoka—gaining hands-on experience at establishments celebrated nationwide for their quality and technique.
In the fall of 2023, Yuto opened Asa Bakery Café, which quickly became a beloved neighborhood destination, with lines forming every weekend. His offerings range from traditional anpan and croissants to artisanal hard breads—each distinguished by exceptional flavor, refined texture, and thoughtful presentation.
